I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the Nvidia video drivers & apps and got nowhere. Although I tried to re-install DirectX multiple times including using an app to rollback, re-install, they still do not work. I started looking for answers as to what is blocking it from running. I downloaded the lastest MAME version and that didn't work.
Then I tried running MAMEUIf圆4 and it, too, froze with a black screen. After tweaking the drive letter since I don't have a D:\ drive, I was successful to run the HyperSpin system, but every time I ran a MAME game, it froze. While I was testing HyperTATE, I ran the setup64bit first and allowed all utilites installed. I am trying to run again MAME and MAMEUIf圆4 on my workstation computer.
